With over ten years of HR Management experience in mid-sized privately owned companies operating restaurants in California, there’s not much I haven’t seen in the employment sphere. As a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), I relate the relationships that business operators have with their employees to the bottom line.
Before I found my vocation in HR, I worked as educator, specializing in English Language Instruction and leading multi-cultural classrooms. An adventure seeker, I’ve lived and worked outside of the US. It was my experiences as a employee in different cultures around the world and ignited my passion for helping owner-operators unlock the benefits of a great employee experience.
